Dr. Ruxandra Buluc

Ruxandra Buluc is a senior researcher at the Mihai Viteazul National Intelligence Academy in Romania and coordinator of the Strategic Communication in Crisis Situations laboratory. Her research focuses on strategic communication, disinformation, security culture, and foreign influence operations. Previously, she was an associate professor at Carol I National Defence University, where she taught semiotics, public speaking, discourse analysis, and research methodology. She has been actively involved in EU-funded intelligence projects and doctoral research supervision. With extensive experience in academia and intelligence studies, she continues to contribute to the development of research and education in security and intelligence.

The CINTEL programme presented in this website is currently undergoing the different formal validation processes required within the partner Universities and therefore, as yet, is not formally finalised or approved and is  thus not open for registration of students. It is the intention of the INSET consortium partners to use part or all of the contents of this website to eventually submit an application for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) course. Should such an application be successful and once the contents of the EMJM course are agreed between, and formally validated within, the partner universities this website will be updated with instructions as to when, where and how registration would take place.
